- Day 2 of Lightning Rail travels
- Finally, they will arrive in Sterngate. If no delays, it’ll be late afternoon (17.00).
- They have directions to travel north until the reach a small village named Dawnhaven. It’s a 3 day travel.
- Introduction to Eberron Travels™
- Encounter on the road with Thugs/Bandits.
- Arrival in Dawnhaven, meet with Eldra. The villagers are not used to visitors as this is not a travel route.
- Dawnhaven problems or just go for the Monastery?
- Here the players have a few different choices. Either engage with the villagers and find out about the Bandits troubling them, or just head towards the Monastery.

Session Notes
The encounter with the Changelings took it’s sweet time and ended with two guards arriving at the scene to arrest everyone. They were all taken to be questioned, where the group beat the skill challenge and convinced the guards that they were the “good” ones in this scenario. Sarodan tried to find the lost green gem, but was unsuccessful. The group had some great RP conversations the morning after, and were eventually interrupted by Silas d’Cannith who said “Well, aren’t you an interesting bunch?”
Evaluation
I think the session went really well. The Changeling encounter turned out more successful than I had anticipated and I really enjoyed the turns it took with the guards and the skill challenge at the end.
